Ordering Information

You can order at Bear Attack by just sending an e-mail, listing the items you are interested in.
Bear Attack will reply to your request within 1-2 days, stating if the articles are in stock or must be ordered.

Pre-Order/Reservations Information

Pre-Orders/Reservations require a 20% down payment of the total order. This down payment is none refundable in case the order is altered or cancelled. Down payments can be made by Personal Check, Money Order, PayPal or Credit Card. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Master and Visa Credit Cards.

Pricing Information

All prices on the web do not include any shipping and/or handling charges.  The prices in Euro, which include the VAT, are applicable for customers from the EEC. For all other customers apply the prices in US $. California residents need to add 8.75% sales tax to the applicable US $ prices.

Paying Information

Bear Attack prefers payments by PayPal, Money Order and/or Personal Check.
Payments are accepted as well by Credit Card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Master or Visa) or Bank Transfer.
Bear Attack accepts as well any reasonable lay-away program.

Shipping Information

Bear Attack ships to all over the world.
We offer shipping by economy (2-3 weeks), premium (1-2 weeks) and express service (1 week).
Shipping and Handling will be charged according to actual cost.
Order is shipped as soon as full payment is received.

Return & Refund Policy

Bear Attack will accept returns under following conditions:
The goods are returned in its original condition in the original packaging with all tags and paperwork within 2 weeks after shipment has been send out by Bear Attack.
Goods attached to boxes by plastic ribbons or other material need to be returned in the same state they were shipped, e.g. attached to the box with original materials.
Goods in sealed transparent Steiff plastic bags need to be returned in the original sealed bag.
Buyer pays the shipping cost for the shipment back to Bear Attack.
For returned items Bear Attack will make following refund by check:
The purchase price minus Bear Attack's shipping cost minus any incurred financial transaction fees (credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc.)

Goods especially ordered for customers, e.g. items that were not in stock,  are excluded from this Return and Refund Policy and therefore cannot be returned.

 Policy on Consignments

Steiff Consignment pieces are sold by Bear Attack on behalf of their customers. Bear Attack takes no responsibility for the quality of these pieces. All pieces are described as good as possible and the pictures presented are of the actual pieces for sale. Consignments are excluded from all Bear Attack sales promotions. Shipments will be done by Bear Attack. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made. All sales are final.
